Or you might choose to attract the reader by shock writing a lead which makes the reader say or think "Good gracious" and want to read on.

First, I look for material related to the topic. Second, I took a screenshot, then saved it in a place full of my data so that it was easy to find, and finally I understood/read the material I had saved.

In the book “Introduction to Journalism. Student Activities Book. Teaching points. The Expert Systems for Teachers Series. The United States of America.” 2010, states that news is made up of opinions as well as facts and that those opinions, in the form of quotes, help to make a story come alive. And most importantly, you will have the opportunity to write a news story, you’re first of several stories throughout the course.

Interpretation

For me, the most useful experience was knowing about news values and elements. I have developed my understanding of the value and elements of news. Having discussed the value and elements of news I now realize what makes news different from other forms of writing. This knowledge is essential to me in the workplace because I have to know the things to pay attention to when later I am required to write news. Because I have not yet been confident with writing news I will now need to get into the habit of writing news stories of any kind. Previously, I did not notice the things in the news such as value and news elements. Alternatively, this might be related to the knowledge that I didn’t have before. This is similar to when I felt really lazy to learn more because I felt like I didn’t need to learn about that. Like news things, this reveals that there are things that can be newsworthy.
